CatchOn IPTV Complete Device Installation Guide

Follow our step-by-step setup guides to install and configure CatchOn IPTV on your streaming device in under 3 minutes.

🔥 Amazon Firestick / Fire TV / Fire Cube Setup

  1. From your Firestick home screen, go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options and turn on "Apps from Unknown Sources" (or enable Downloader under Install Unknown Apps).
  2. Search for and install the Downloader app from the official Amazon Appstore.
  3. Open Downloader and enter the download code or URL for your preferred IPTV player (such as Hot Player, IPTV Smarters Pro, or TiviMate).
  4. Install the app, open it, and select Login with Xtream Codes API or Load Your Playlist (M3U).
  5. Enter the CatchOn IPTV login credentials sent to your WhatsApp or email.

Recommended Apps: Hot Player, IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, XCIPTV, IBO Player.

📱 Android Devices (Phones, Tablets, Boxes & Android TV)

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone, tablet, box (Nvidia Shield, Xiaomi Mi Box), or Smart TV.
  2. Search for a recommended IPTV player: IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, Perfect Player, or GSE Smart IPTV.
  3. Download and install your preferred app.
  4. Open the app and choose to add a playlist or log in with Xtream Codes API.
  5. Enter your CatchOn IPTV M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials (Server URL, Username, Password).
  6. The channels will load automatically and you can begin streaming immediately.

  3. Download and install the application.
  4. Open the app and select Add Playlist > Add M3U URL or Xtream Codes API.
  5. Enter the CatchOn IPTV credentials provided in your subscription email.
  6. The channels will synchronize and you can start watching in crystal-clear quality.

  3. For VLC: Open VLC, navigate to File > Open Network, and paste your CatchOn IPTV M3U playlist link.
  4. For GSE Smart IPTV or IPTV Smarters: Log in using your Xtream Codes API credentials.
  5. Your playlist will populate and live streams will load instantly.

📡 MAG Devices (STB, TVIP, Formuler)

  1. Connect your MAG set-top box to your television and high-speed internet.
  2. Navigate to Settings > System Settings > Servers > Portals.
  3. In Portal 1, enter the Portal URL sent to you by CatchOn IPTV.
  4. Save the portal settings and reboot your MAG device.
  5. The CatchOn IPTV portal interface will load, granting direct access to live channels and VOD.

For STB Emulator: Install the STB Emulator app on Android, create a profile, configure the MAC address, set the Portal URL, and restart the app.

📦 Enigma2 / ZGEMMA Setup

  1. Ensure your Enigma2 / ZGEMMA box is connected to your home network.
  2. Connect to your box using an FTP client like FileZilla or an SSH terminal tool like PuTTY.
  3. Navigate to the folder /etc/enigma2/.
  4. Create a bouquet file and add it to bouquets.tv, or execute the auto-installer bash script provided by CatchOn IPTV support.
  5. Restart the Enigma2 GUI for the new channel bouquets to appear in your guide.

📽️ Chromecast with Google TV & Casting

  1. For Chromecast with Google TV (Android TV): Go to Apps on your home screen, search for IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, or Hot Player, and log in with your CatchOn IPTV credentials.
  2. For older Chromecast streaming: Install an IPTV player on your smartphone or tablet, load your CatchOn IPTV playlist, and tap the Cast icon to cast live streams directly to your TV.
